A picture of a Text Box, of a plot, or of an entire page of the Layout can be exported to Excel (Cell Mode), Word Report and Luma. To add a picture to a report:

 

1. Add the appropriate report to the Batch Actions list in the Batch Actions and Reports window.

2. Select the action and click on the drop-down menu for Add Item to Action in the Batch Actions and Reports window. A properties dialog will appear (see below). Once the properties are set, the Text Report action will be added to the list of Batch Actions.

 

 

Report field "Picture" Options dialog (Figure 8.51) is comprised of four sections:

 

•Display Text

 

•Running Options

 

•Field

 

•Picture

 

oPicture output options.

 

Choose the file format and resolution. Note: JPEG picture quality is directly related to the size of the image; a higher quality image will be less compressed and larger in size.
